EULA – END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “Player,” or “You”) and MATRIX GAMING (“Developer,” “Company,” “We,” or “Us”) regarding the use of our games, software, applications, and related services (“Game” or “Games”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any MATRIX GAMING product, you agree to the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

MATRIX GAMING grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Games on a device that you own or control. This license is solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not distribute, resell, sublicense, modify, or reverse-engineer our Games unless permitted by applicable law.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property associated with the Games—including characters, environments, artwork, gameplay designs, audio, logos, and source code—belongs solely to MATRIX GAMING. Your use of the Games does not grant you ownership of any content.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Exploit the Game for commercial purposes without approval
Use cheats, bots, hacks, or unauthorized third-party tools
Interfere with normal gameplay or disrupt servers
Distribute copies of the Game outside official stores

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your license.

4. In-App Purchases

Some Games offer optional in-app purchases. All transactions are processed through Google Play, or other official platforms. You acknowledge that:

Purchases are final and non-refundable
Virtual items do not have real-world monetary value
Items may change or be removed during updates
You are responsible for managing account passwords and parental controls

Google Play or other official platforms refund decisions are handled solely by those platforms, not by us.

5. Online Services and Updates

Some Games require internet connectivity or online services. We may provide updates that modify gameplay, fix bugs, introduce features, or adjust content. Your continued use of the Game signifies acceptance of these updates.

6. User-Generated Content (If Applicable)

If the Game allows players to create or share content, you grant us permission to store, display, modify, distribute, and otherwise use your content within the Game. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or the rights of others.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes:

What information we collect
How we use it
Which third-party services are involved
Your privacy rights under GDPR, COPPA, and other laws

You must review and accept our Privacy Policy to use the Game.

8. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Game is provided “as is” without any warranties. MATRIX GAMING does not guarantee error-free performance, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with all devices. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the Game.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MATRIX GAMING shall not be liable for:

Loss of data
Loss of in-game progress
Device damage
Interruptions or errors
Third-party advertisements
Indirect or consequential damages

Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Game.

10. Termination

This EULA remains in effect until terminated. We may terminate this agreement and revoke your license if:

You violate any terms
You misuse the Game
We discontinue a Game or service

Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Game.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in India.
